STEFANIE LAWTON, SKIP

Stefanie has been a skip in the women's and junior curling circuit for 14 very successful years, winning a total of eight provincial championships, a junior national championship and placing 4th at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts in both 2005 and 2009. She also competed in two Olympic Trials with her team and place 3rd and 4th respectively. Stefanie was voted 1st team all-star skip at the Scotties in 2009. Stefanie is a willing a personable public speaker, encouraging others in the community to follow their dreams and she has recently been nominated for the YWCA Women of Distincition Award in Athletics. Stefanie is an Inventory Specialist with Cameco Corporation.

SHERRY ANDERSON, THIRD

Sherry has enjoyed many accomplishments in her curling career. She has won 4 Provincial Women’s Championships, placed 3rd at the 1994 Scotties Tournament of Hearts , and runner-up at the 2002 Scotties Tournament of Hearts. She has competed in 2 Olympic Trials, and was runner-up in 2001. Sherry also received the all-star skip award at the 2002 Scotties, and was voted the recipient of the Marj Mitchell Award in 2004. Sherry works for 911 Outerwear.

SHERRI SINGLER, SECOND

Sherri has had much success in her curling career as she has participated in 11 Provincial Women's Championships. Sherri has competed at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts in 2005 and 2009, placing 4th in both events and receiving the 2nd team all-star award each time for her position. She has competed in 2 Olympic Trials and along with the team has finished 3rd and 4th, respectively. Sherri is a partner in a small business.

MARLIESE KASNER, LEAD

Marliese has played third with her sister, Stefanie for 12 years in both women and junior levels, winning a total of eight provincial championships, two junior national championships and a junior world championship. Marliese and her team earned a berth in the Olympic Trials in 2005 and 2009. In those same years, Marliese and team placed 4th at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts and in 2005, she was voted 1st team all-star third for her performance. Marliese is a teacher at the Canwood Community School.
